The ArtBuild Hotel Group has finalized the implementation of a facades design and the financial and economic model for a hotel project in Pochaiv that is located in front of the Pochaiv Lavra (Holy Dormition Pochaiv Lavra) on the site of the former hotel "Pochaiv." The hotel’s location, which is close to one of the holiest shrines in the Orthodox world, the second largest in Ukraine after Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, secures the future hotel with a steady occupancy by leisure-tourists and pilgrims. The ArtBuild Hotel Group was tasked to develop the most effective and attractive concept and to develop hotel technology for an existing, but almost finished building. As a result, a unique concept of a small and intimate boutique hotel that is done in a "country" style has been offered for Pochaiv. The room fund consists of 28 rooms and its infrastructure includes a concept with a restaurant and parking. The hotel is planned to be open for operation by the end of 2013. |
