ArtBuild Hotel Group has finished the conceptual planning stage of an economy hotel complex who's working name is the Comfort Line Kyiv Hotel. The project will be located in the Holosiyivskyi district of Kyiv at: 6 Marshala Konyeva St. The owner and main investor of the project is Liko-Holding LLC –one of the largest residential construction companies in Ukraine. The hotel property will include 150 rooms; a universal congress-hall for 220 people able to support banquets, conferences and seminars; a restaurant for 140 people with a summer terrace; an outdoor swimming pool in the courtyard of the hotel with a recreation area for children and adults and also grill-bar. The Comfort Line Hotel will be positioned as an inexpensive, but retain a strong accent on quality service for business, recreation and sport. Near the hotel a large water-sport complex - Sport Life Liko-Grand is currently under construction, in which international diving competitions will be held. Hotel guests will get exclusive access to these facilities which will be able to be accessed directly from the hotel. |
